A furniture manufacturer and online retailer, based in Yorkshire, has joined The Furniture Ombudsman to show its ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction.
Heartland Interiors Ltd is a manufacturer and direct online retailer of pine and oak furniture, supplementing its own range with fine pieces sourced worldwide.
The Furniture Ombudsman specialises in providing Alternative Dispute Resolution solutions for consumers and retailers in the furniture and home improvement industries. It also aims to raise standards, improve service and inspire consumer confidence.
