Multiyork, joins The Furniture Ombudsman (TFO) to pledge its ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction.
This means Multiyork is maintaining and reinforcing its high standards with consumers now benefiting from the expertise of The Furniture Ombudsman for free.
Multiyork is a British furniture retailer founded in 1978 and based in Thetford, Norfolk. The company employs over 660 people across the United Kingdom and over 300 at its factory and head office in Thetford. Multiyork is a member of the Worshipful Company of the Furniture Makers and carries the Manufacturing Guild Mark.
TFO has a pool of members which extends to over 8,000 furniture and home improvement outlets in the United Kingdom. All of its members pledge to abide by a Code of Practice which bestows additional rights on the consumers who shop with them. Most of the UK’s biggest furniture and home improvement retailers pledge their support for the scheme.
