The Furniture Ombudsman is moving into new premises that will be fully operational starting the 3rd of April. The new address is:
3-4 Viewpoint Office Village
This change comes as a growth of the business in recent years, and to support the ambitious future plans.
Staff members of the Ombudsman are working hard to keep disruptions to a minimum for businesses and consumers. Phones and e-mails will not be disrupted by the move.

Our purpose is to meet the needs of our members and consumers, and this change will better equip us to do that. “
