Dispute Resolution Ombudsman appoints Head of Communications and PR

Dispute Resolution Ombudsman has appointed Alexandra Dobocan as the Head of Communications and PR. She will oversee the organisation’s internal and external communication, engage with members, non-members and the press, as well as facilitate events and training.

Alexandra Dobocan has focused her entire career on communications and holds a BA (Hons) in Public Relations and a Master’s degree by research in online norms. Joining the Ombudsman from an agency background, she says: “I look forward to creating long lasting relationships with the organisation’s stakeholders, as well as communicating our continuous efforts to raise standards in the furniture and home improvement sector.”
