With government restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus starting to be lifted, some of The Ombudsman’s members have now resumed trading. Therefore, we have started reopening a number of cases.
However as businesses are at different stages of trading and many customer service teams are still unable to submit evidence, all cases cannot be reopened at present. Please be assured we are speaking with members regularly to ascertain their operational status with a view to opening cases as quickly as possible. It is imperative that both customers and businesses are able to engage in the resolution process.
