Naturally we would like all furniture and home improvement retailers to join the growing list of Full Members of The Furniture Ombudsman scheme, but unfortunately some choose not to.
Although we are unable to enforce our findings on non-members, you may have already been advised that an independent report is necessary or useful to help settle your claim directly with them or a credit provider, for use in Court or in dispute resolution elsewhere.
