Produced by the FIRA Service Technicians at the behest of The Furniture Ombudsman, the Smart Report is ideal for providing the consumer and retailer with an indication of the validity of the issues in dispute, the cause and the appropriate remedy where possible.

Together with a succinct description of the issues found, where appropriate each report contains digitally produced images to illustrate the technicians’ findings.
