How To Complain

In order for us to investigate your complaint it is important that you understand the terms of our dispute resolution service which are contained in the Consumer Guide, and complete all sections of the application form (which you must print out and return to us in the post). 

If your purchase relates to a product which is covered by the retailers membership and was made within the past 6 years and you have either exhausted the retailers complaint procedures or 3 months have passed since your first complaint, we may be able to hear your case. You can download all you need to apply by clicking the relevant link below, then simply print, fill out and return the form to the address shown:
